ATCO Return & Exchange Policy


We always look forward to serving our customers, and from this standpoint, we are keen on customer satisfaction and are happy to exchange products after meeting the following conditions:


Return & Exchange terms:


  • It is NOT possible to return purchased products from ATCO. Therefore, it is highly recommended to choose wisely.
  • It is possible to request an exchange within only 3 days from the date of arrival of the product to the customer
  • If the product is received in damaged condition, the customer has the right to return or exchange it
  • The product must not have been used and must be tightly closed
  • In the event that the customer wishes to replace the product for a reason not related to product damage, he will bear the shipping value
  • Perishable products such as batteries and accessories cannot be returned
  • ATCO store has the right to refuse to receive any damaged product that is not in its original condition
  • Shipping and delivery fees are borne by the customer


How to return products


  • Fill out the exchange request form here
  • You will be informed of the method of re-ordering as soon as your request is approved. Once the above exchange conditions are met, we will serve you directly either by post or through the customer service team
  • If the product exchange is approved, the process will be done automatically within 3-7 working days
